Sterling Kodai Lake

Located 2133 metres above sea level, Sterling Kodai Lake features some rooms with views of Kodaikanal Lake. This self-contained resort offers cricket, badminton and campfires. A spa is also available.

Sterling Kodai Lake is 500 metres from Saibaba Ashram. Kodaikanal Road Railway Station is 80 km away while Madurai Railway Station is 110 km from the resort.

The ambience, very well manicured Gardens Lot of focus on herbal plants.. Room cleaning also impressive, some small addition to the Kitchen maybe considered

Good
Location was good. Staff is helping nature. They arranged for all our tour. Food was good. Spread of breakfast was good. Staff is supportive enough. They made arrangement to our last minute requirements. Greenery is well maintained. They have EV to move inside the property for old age and disabled people.
Property is old. Mattress were not comfortable enough. During breakfast on first day everything was fine but for 2,3 day, cutlery was missing from the table. We required to do number of follow ups for glass and water. Property is little bit over priced.

the restaurant was decent. They were making an effort by calling me to check if i was comforatble.
1.They called me too many times a day to check on me. But when we asked for room service or housekeeping services, they took too long and needed reminders. 2. The information about the pickup/drop service received via the call centre was not correct. 3. Dont find the property very senior friendly.
